Do registered charities advertise for free?
Yes. We offer registered charities free use of unsold airtime, subject to availability, registration checks and artwork approval. Paid campaigns take priority and free airtime is not guaranteed or reserved. Contact our team to arrange it. Airtime only is free; optional artwork design remains £9.99.
Can I book a specific town?
Yes. Select the area and choose a date when our calendar shows the van there. We cannot promise another town on that day.
What happens after I send my campaign?
It appears in our private request desk. We review the artwork, recheck availability and contact you. No payment is taken here.
Will my advert be shown all day?
Smaller budgets share the screens with other advertisers through the working day. A full-day budget can buy all available airtime on your selected screens. Availability is checked before approval.
Can you design my advert?
Yes. Choose Design it for me for £9.99, separate from airtime. Describe your idea and add reference photos or a logo. Our team reviews and sends up to three AI-generated still-image concepts within 24 hours of receiving payment and your completed brief. One revision or one fresh concept is included. Our team arranges payment and delivery.
Can I see it before it goes live?
Yes. The upload step shows your photo or video on the supplied van image. It is a visual preview, not a guarantee of physical brightness, scale or playback.
